At The Bray, food is at the heart of what we do - seasonal, thoughtful and gorgeous! Whether it's a hearty breakfast to start the day, a long and lazy lunch or supper by candlelight,  our menus celebrate British produce at its finest.

We work closely with local suppliers, butchers and fishmongers as well as artisan makers to keep our offering fresh, honest and fill of flavour. You'll find the classics with a stylish flair, all thanks to the phenomenal Head Chef Iulian Preda at the helm.
