There's no better place than Shere at Christmas time! Year after year, the village turns into a magical corner full of Christmas cheer, and we're in the midst of it all!
Gather your favourite people in our cosy village pub for long festive lunches, twinkly evenings full of bubbles and mulled wine and never ending Sunday roasts. From relaxed get togethers to a good 'ol Christmas knees up, we've planned a Decemebr full of good cheer - and you're invited!

Christmas Day at The Bray
Open from 11am, let us do the cooking for you whilst you sit back, relax and enjoy the merriment! A thoughtfully curated five-course menu featuring guinea fowl and pistachio terrine, venison loin, fillet of halibut and a chocolate cointreau cremeuex - yum!
Kicking things of with a glass of Albury Vineyard Classic Cuvee to toast the festivities.
Table availability starts from midday until 3pm with our doors closing for the day at 6pm.
Christmas Eve in Shere
Gather your family, friends and neighbours and join us in the square for Christmas Eve Carol's, a long-standing village tradition that has grown in popularity over the years and for locals, is not to be missed! We are open from 9am in the morning and will be serving food until 9pm in the evening. It is highly recommended to get a table booking in ahead of time for the Christmas Eve celebrations in Shere to avoid disappointment. Carols in the square begin at 6:30pm prompt and we recommend either an early supper from 4pm or a later feast post 7:30pm.

Rest assured, we'll be open everyday of December with lazy lunches and countryside walks between Christmas and the New Year - Shere is the picture perfect location for just that!
This New Year's Eve promises to be a night to remember with locally known DJ Hayley playing the night away - ticket price includes entry and buffet supper from 7pm-9pm. Ticket sale dates TBC
